Help with BiBimba

Screenshots or screen OCR do not work

Allow BiBimba in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording. After changing the setting, quit BiBimba and reopen it from your Applications folder.

A shortcut does not respond

Open BiBimba Settings → Shortcuts and confirm that the shortcut you want to use is marked Active.

View saved data

Choose Settings → About → Show Local Data.

Cannot find the verification code or download

Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used at checkout. On the purchase-complete page, wait a moment and choose “Check again” to check the download again.

BiBimba quit unexpectedly

BiBimba does not upload crash reports automatically. If you choose to share one, open Console from Applications → Utilities, select Reports → Crash Reports, then select the newest report whose name starts with BiBimba and ends in .ips. Choose File → Reveal in Finder, review the report, and attach only that .ips file to an email to [email protected]. Crash reports can contain system and process metadata, including file paths. Include the BiBimba version and build number, macOS version, approximate crash time, and the steps immediately before the crash. Do not attach clipboard or screenshot history.
