End user license

One BiBimba purchase lets the purchaser use it on up to three simultaneously active Macs used primarily by that purchaser. Another purchase with the same email adds three more active-Mac slots. Verify the license with the code sent to that email. Reauthenticating the same Mac does not use another slot, and you can deactivate the current Mac in Settings.

A fully refunded purchase or one under an active payment dispute provides no active-Mac slots. If a dispute is resolved and the purchase becomes active again, its slots become available again. When capacity falls below the number of active Macs, the most recently used Macs remain active up to the limit and older activations are revoked.

A complimentary entitlement may be granted to an email address. Each active grant adds one Mac slot, uses the same email verification, and may be revoked by the developer. It does not create a transferable or shared license key.

You may keep a copy of the app for backup purposes. You may not distribute, resell, publish, or provide the app or its download to another person. You may not circumvent technical protections or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. This license does not limit rights that consumers cannot waive. Refunds and payments are also subject to the terms shown by the merchant of record at checkout.
